ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed, and shipped within 48 hours Monday-Sunday (except US holidays).
Returns/Refunds

If you don't absolutely love your new purchase, you may return your item(s) within 7 days from the date you receive your merchandise (i.e. delivery date). ALL RETURNS ARE PROCESSED AS STORE CREDIT IN THE FORM OF AN ELECTRONIC GIFT CARD. YOU CAN USE IT TO PURCHASE A NEW ITEM AT ANY TIME. All items must be in original, new, unworn, undamaged and unaltered condition with all tags attached. Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear. 

DEFECTIVE ITEMS:

Customer is eligible to claim 100% refund if the item arrived defective, which are limited to:

  • factory damage 
  • missing items (i.e. belts, wraps)
  • broken attachments 
  • missing attachments (i.e. buttons, clamps, clasps, etc.)

As with many delicate garments, a few missing stone embellishments are normal. Garments should be handled with care as stones may become dislodged during shipping and wear. Excessive missing stones is not normal and customer should contact us right away if a defective item is received. We pride ourselves in quality assurance and inspect our products thoroughly before they are shipped out to ensure the highest satisfaction. For the protection of our customers, included with each purchase customers receive our garment quality inspection card to ensure the highest quality possible. 

Items from our BOGO (2 for $30) collection are FINAL SALE. This collection is also *Excluded from Discounts* unless otherwise noted.

Bodysuits, graphic tees, clearance items, sale items (ending in .99) or any item marked final sale, are FINAL SALE (unless defective-pictures are required). 

Due to hygiene reasons, masks and jewelet can NOT be returned or exchanged. All purchases are FINAL SALE (unless defective-pictures are required). 

Due to the delicate nature of some sequined and bejeweled embellishments, these items including Tops/Tunics, clutches are also FINAL SALE and will be marked on the item (unless factory defective - pictures are required).

No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 7 days from the date you receive your merchandise (i.e. delivery date).

To start your return, contact help@strictly-shoeicide.com letting us know what went wrong. We will contact you within 24 hrs to provide you with a downloadable return ship label for your items that you can print. Be sure to place your items in its original packaging or something non see-through, sealable and waterproof. Finally, the customer is responsible for shipping & handling fees/postage. Please use a traceable service and keep proof of postage receipt until after your refund is processed. Shipping fees are not refundable. 

Upon receipt and inspection of your package/merchandise, your return/exchange will be processed within 2 business days. You will be notified via email once your return/exchange has been processed and refund has been issued. A refund can take up to 14 business days to be credited back to your account depending upon your financial institution.

Please ship your item(s) within 48 hours of receiving your return label. Failure to do so may result in your return being refused.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchange that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear or staining.

Unauthorized returns will be refused, customer must follow the return initiation process as listed above. 

Gift Cards and Electronic Gift Cards are also final sale and cannot be returned or refunded except where prohibited by law.

Take note of your tracking number for your return package to monitor delivery status.
